GTI at SONAR Music Hack Day – Barcelona

One of the GTI members, Javi Agenjo participated in the Music Hack Day – Barcelona event organized by the UPF’ Music Technology Group as part of the SONAR’11,   the International Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art.

He developed an HTML5 tool called Bubbly Sounds for searching exploring audio on the Freesound database using tags and audio similarity.  The tool allows you to visualize, organize and play related audio samples on a canvas. The canvas is also used for controlling volume, panning and loops.
