JP Carrascal is a PhD student in Information, Communication and Audiovisual Technologies at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Barcelona. He also holds a MSc in the same area, and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad del Valle (Colombia). He has worked as a lecturer in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali (Colombia), teaching the Sound and Radio Workshops. He is also a musician currently composing, singing and playing guitar in Spacebarman.
