“Stoorm Flow: digital tools for human inspiration” wins a business valorization award

The business project “Stoorm Flow: digital tools for human inspiration” has won one of the ten finalist awards (in the Technological Based Company category) of the 3rd Valortec competition organized by ACCIÓ, Departament d’Empresa i Ocupació de la Generalitat de Catalunya.


The prize allowed five members of the GTI team involved in the project to attend an intensive course in “Business Plans and Technology-Based Companies creation”, thanks to EAE Business School, IESE Business School, Oficina Ponti and Rousand Costas Duran. During the Valortec competition, Stoorm Flow has got feedback and mentoring from technology valorization experts as well.

Stoorm Flow is a start-up project (based on a SaaS strategy) built upon SINAID algorithms, proposing a disruptive innovation to advertising agencies, through a process designed to stimulate the generation of different and original ideas, expanding the perspectives during the ideation phase and the search of creative ways thanks the collaboration between Xavier Ruiz Collantes, professor in the Communication Department at the UPF, and the Interactive Technologies Group (GTI-UPF).

This project has already been tested by some 7 advertising agencies from Spain, Mexico and Argentina.
